Shipping policy

Freckles Children's Boutique offers shipping within the United States and free local pickup.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the items in your order, the delivery address, packed product weight, package size, and selected service. Available services and the full charge are shown before payment. A small handling amount may be included to cover mailers, boxes, labels, and packing materials.

Processing and preorder timing

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Ready-to-ship items generally leave sooner, while personalized, made-to-order, preorder, and limited-drop items require additional time. Product pages show any closing date or estimated arrival information available when you order. Vendor and carrier delays can occur, so dates are estimates unless stated otherwise.

If one order contains items with different timelines, the order will normally ship together when every item is ready unless I arrange otherwise with you.

Tracking and addresses

When a shipping label is created, tracking information is sent to the contact information used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact me immediately if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Carrier delays and missing packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit timing is controlled by the carrier. If tracking is delayed, shows an exception, or marks a package delivered that you cannot locate, contact me promptly so I can help review the available carrier options. Freckles is not responsible for delays outside my control, but I will help whenever reasonably possible.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup message before arriving. Pickup timing varies for ready-to-ship, preorder, and personalized items. Pickup instructions are provided with your order updates.
