Welcome to Freckles Children's Boutique. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit frecklesboutique.com, submit information, or place an order. By using this website or purchasing from Freckles, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products and availability

I work to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colors and details may appear slightly different across screens, and handmade or personalized items may have small natural variations. Product availability, quantities, prices, designs, and closing dates may change without notice. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it; an order is accepted after payment is processed and Shopify confirms it.

Preorders and limited drops

Preorder and limited-drop dates, estimated arrivals, and production timelines are estimates unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Vendor, production, and carrier delays can happen. I will share material updates when reasonably possible. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, I may cancel that item and issue the appropriate refund.

Personalization

You are responsible for checking every name, initial, date, size, color, team, design, and instruction before submitting an order. Freckles will create the item from the information received at checkout. Once supplies have been ordered or personalized work has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Personalized, monogrammed, embroidered, and made-to-order items are final sale except when damaged, defective, or made differently from the submitted order details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and discounts are calculated or shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and payment information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping and free local pickup are offered as described in the Shipping Policy. You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address and monitoring order communications. Pickup customers must wait for a ready-for-pickup message before arriving.

Returns, refunds, changes, and cancellations

Eligibility and deadlines are explained in the Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy and the product page before placing an order.

Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and communication. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape content or customer information, impersonate another person, or use Freckles content, photography, branding, or product designs without permission.

Customer posts and comments

If you submit a comment, question, review, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and respectful. I may moderate, hide, or remove submissions that are unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, spam, or unrelated. Do not post sensitive personal information publicly.

Intellectual property

The website's original text, layout, branding, graphics, and photography belong to Freckles Children's Boutique or the respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to use this website for personal shopping.

Third-party services and Shopify

This store is powered by Shopify. Payments, checkout, hosting, analytics, and other functions may be provided by Shopify or other third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are transactions directly with Freckles Children's Boutique, not Shopify. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are used at your own discretion.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use the site if you do not agree with that policy.

Errors and service changes

I may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, prices, availability, or other information and may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary. If a correction materially affects a paid order, I will contact you or provide the appropriate remedy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Freckles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, third-party services, vendor delays, or carrier delays. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

I may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
